Common causes on Shopify

You added a new target country in the Google channel without a matching shipping policy in Merchant Center.
Shipping is calculated by weight but some variants have no weight.
Shopify shipping rates changed and Merchant Center wasn't updated.

How to fix it

1In Merchant Center, open Shipping and returns and add a shipping service for every country you target.
2If rates depend on weight, make sure each Shopify variant has a weight.
3Re-check after the next sync; this is usually solved in one place for the whole store.

In Shopify: Variant weights are under Products → Shipping. Your shipping setup in Merchant Center should mirror Settings → Shipping and delivery in Shopify.

How to stop it coming back

Whenever you change rates in Shopify's Shipping and delivery settings, update Merchant Center the same day.
Require a weight on every new physical variant.
