Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and FlagClear, operated by Khaled ("FlagClear"). By creating an account you accept them.

1. The service

FlagClear reads your Google Merchant Center data, explains product and account issues, and, if you approve, applies changes to products in your Shopify store. FlagClear never writes to Google Merchant Center.

2. No guarantees about Google

Google alone decides whether products are approved and whether accounts are warned, suspended or reinstated. Our explanations are guidance based on public documentation and experience; they are not legal advice and we do not guarantee any outcome, including approval or reinstatement.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must have authority to connect the Shopify store and Merchant Center account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the values you approve (for example GTINs and brand names) and for compliance with Google and Shopify policies.
• Keep your login secure and tell us about any unauthorised use.

4. Changes to your Shopify store

FlagClear only changes Shopify data after you preview and explicitly approve each change. We log the previous value so you can revert it from FlagClear, as long as the value hasn't been changed elsewhere in the meantime.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices exclude taxes unless stated. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use it to violate any law or platform policy.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, FlagClear is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply.
